The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit is currently underway in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. As one of the largest diplomatic infrastructure projects since Kyrgyzstan's independence, the National Convention Center and the State Guesthouse function as an integrated complex, hosting summit meetings, state receptions, and large-scale banquets.
